1. License Scope
Midom grants you a non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Midom service. Use of integrated AI features requires the purchase of Midom Credits, which are "compute units" charged for AI usage. Midom Credits are subject to a modest, undisclosed markup and may change without notice. Access to organizations and projects remains unaffected by the depletion of Midom Credits.

2. User Obligations
Users are prohibited from reverse engineering, sharing login credentials, or using aliases to exploit the $5 free Midom Credits for new users. Illegal activities, online abuse, and actions negatively impacting others are strictly forbidden.

3. Payment Terms
AI usage within Midom is paid via Midom Credits, available in $1 increments. Credits are non-refundable and can be purchased through the "Midom Credits" tab. We accept various payment methods, including credit and debit cards.

4. Termination Conditions
Accounts may be terminated for malicious use, harassment, impersonation, hacking attempts, or creating hate media. Termination decisions are final and at our discretion. Users are encouraged to use the service responsibly.

5. Liability and Disclaimers
AI responses may contain hallucinations; users must validate AI outputs. We cannot guarantee future service availability due to potential threats. While we strive to protect user data, we cannot ensure absolute security against dedicated threats.

6. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States. We are working towards compliance with international privacy laws.

7. Support and Maintenance
Support requests can be made through the Midom organization and Support project. Response times are subject to staff availability. Maintenance is ongoing, with continuous deployment to enhance service quality.
